I pay attention.
For more than twenty years I have been studying one question:
“What allows people to remain present when life becomes uncomfortable?”
That question has led me through movement, relationships, music, bodywork, intimacy practices, photography, writings and thousands of conversations.
Different disciplines. The same practice.

How we work
Insights alone rarely changes a life.
Depending on the situation, we use conversation, movement, body work, silence or practical experiments.
01
Observe
Before changing anything,
we learn to see it clearly.
Together we notice patterns in your thinking, your body, your relationships and your behaviour—without judgment.
02
Clarify
We separate what matters
from what doesn't.
Most breakthroughs begin by shifting perspective.
03
Practice
Awareness becomes
experience.
Depending on the situation, we work through conversation, movement, touch, silence or practical experiments.
04
Integrate
Real change happens
between sessions.
The goal is not a powerful session.
The goal is a aliveness.

Since 2016, David has curated the Movement Masterclass at Tanzhaus Zürich, a multidimensional format bringing together international teachers from dance, body therapy, and martial arts—including Fighting Monkey and Nik Bärtsch.
His own journey began in 2012, exploring yoga at the Yoga Barn Ubud, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage with Krishnataki, and Play Fight with Bruno Caverna—laying the foundation for a global network of teachers and collaborators. Further studies with TNT, ISTA, and Men’s Circles opened perspectives on tantra, brotherhood, and the unlearning of social conditioning.
With Swiss–Indonesian–Chinese roots, David weaves influences from youth culture and Stoic philosophy into his work, bridging movement, bodywork, and consciousness. In parallel, his international activities as a DJ for experimental theater, art installations, fashion events, tantra workshops and nights clubs expand his creative reach across cultures and disciplines.
