An invitation to move, play, and connect.
Playfight with Friends and FOAF (Friends of a Friend) is an open playground to meet each other in movement, touch, and friendly challenge. In a safe and loose structure, we explore how the body communicates when words take a step back.
A space to discover:
– your boundaries and your power
– the joy of mutual trust and physical dialogue
– what happens when play meets presence
Come as you are. No experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to show up.
